Shipping policy

In Store Pick-up or Delivery:

We currently offer in store pick-up during regular store hours or we offer delivery within 15 miles of the store address most items are delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery Fees:
Standard Delivery rates apply at checkout. Custom shipping may be available on select orders or promotions. Availability and tiers are based on total purchase amount

Delivery Confirmation
Once your delivery time and date is confirmed, our licensed and insured team will promptly and safely get your items into your space. We have the right to refuse delivery for any reason.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos at info@furnitureremovalguys.com so we can assist you promptly.
